Refund Policy for Learnomate

At Learnomate, we take pride in delivering top-notch IT services, including Oracle DBA Services, PostgreSQL DBA Services, Data Analytics, AWS and DevOps, Java Application Services, Website Development, and Maintenance & Support. While we aim for 100% customer satisfaction, we maintain a no-refund policy under most circumstances to ensure transparency and fairness in our operations.


No Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable under the following circumstances:

  1. Completion of Agreed Services
    • If the service or project has been delivered as per the agreed scope and timeline.
    • If project milestones or deliverables have been approved by the client.
  2. Change in Client Requirements
    • If there is a shift in the client’s business goals or priorities after the project initiation.
    • If new requirements arise that were not included in the original agreement.
  3. Client Delays
    • If the client fails to provide timely approvals, information, or access required for project execution.
    • If delays from the client’s side impact service delivery.
  4. Third-Party Dependencies
    • If delays or failures occur due to third-party tools, hosting providers, or cloud services that are beyond our control.
  5. Cancellation by the Client
    • If the client terminates the project or contract midway without valid reasons or prior notice.

Special Considerations for Refunds

Refund requests may be considered in rare cases under the following conditions:

  1. If there is a proven lapse in service quality that deviates significantly from the agreed terms.
  2. If Learnomate is unable to deliver the service due to unforeseen circumstances from our side.

Refunds under such scenarios will be reviewed and decided upon only after a thorough discussion with the Learnomate management team. If approved, the refund will only cover the unused portion of the service fee.


How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request under special circumstances:

  • Send an email to support@learnomate.in with all relevant details, including your service agreement and issue description.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 7–10 business days.
